George is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with more than three decades of experience spanning valuation, brokerage, and advisory services. A graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Business and Real Estate, he began his career in 1993 as a commercial real estate appraiser with a prominent firm, where he spent thirteen years developing a deep understanding of property performance and market dynamics.
He later transtioned into commercial brokerage, joining CBRE as a sales professional performing complex assignments for investors, developers, financial institutions and property owners and building a reputation for disciplined negotiation and strategic transaction execution.
In 2015, George went on to become the Managing broker for Investors Realty of Florida.
In addition to his transactional work, George is recognized for his credibility in legal matters and has served as an expert witness in numerous cases, including proceedings in Collier County Circuit Court and US Bankrupcy Court.

The evolution of Doris's professional journey culminated in her pivotal role as a principal advisor, commencing in 2015. Prior to this, her tenure as a sales associate with CBRE/CRE Consultants from 2006 to 2011 and earlier affiliations with Downing-Frye Realty and Premiere Plus Realty attests to her startegic growth and continous commitmennt to excellence.
Over the course of her carrer, Doris has navigated a diverse landscape of clientele and transactions, ranging from small local enterprises to nationally recognized branded companies.
