George is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with more than three decades of experience spanning valuation, brokerage, and advisory services. A graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Business and Real Estate, he began his career as a commercial real estate appraiser with a prominent firm, where he spent ten years developing a deep understanding of property performance and market dynamics.
He later transtioned into commercial brokerage, joining CBRE/CRE Consutants as a sales professional performing complex assignments for investors, developers, financial institutions and property owners and building a reputation for disciplined negotiation and strategic transaction execution.
In addition to his brokerage work, George is also a developer, bringing an owner's perspective to site selection, feasibility, and deal structuring. This dual experience strengthens his ability to evaluate risk, align capital with opportunity, and guide transactions with practical, results-driven insight. In 2015, George went on to become the Managing broker for Investors Realty of Florida.
In addition to his transactional work, George is recognized for his credibility in legal matters and has served as an expert witness in numerous cases, including proceedings in Collier County Circuit Court and US Bankrupcy Court.
